Technical Manager

We are looking for a new colleague who is a good team player with a proven track record and experience with technical project management. You will be responsible for all bulk installations and technical activities within Primagaz Denmark. This includes the full lifecycle of Primagaz installations and all after sales services at customer. 

As Technical Manager you will be managing a team of 4 people and reporting to the Head of Safety. You will be a part of Safety, Quality & Technical department.

Your main activities and responsibilities include:

• Project management of installation projects from inception to completion. You will ensure contractor management, efficient procurement and commissioning of installation and training.
• Ensure that planned maintenance is carried out in accordance with the company’s specification, regulations and requirements in ISO 9001 systems. You will maintain the company’s documentation of examination and ensure that statutory tank testing is completed within the permitted timescale.
• Support the creation of standard installation and operating practices to simplify and accelerate customer creation through new ways of working and new service concepts.
• Responsible for the safe working practices in all customers and in house engineering, maintenance and technical activities.
• Proactively develop safer working practices at Primagaz activities to support the Safety Journey of Primagaz Scandinavia.
  
   

Your qualifications

Naturally, you are a strong project manager on designing, installing, and maintaining equipment/installations etc. in respect to liquid services. You have high level of technical expertise and analytical skills. You are a proficient communicator, and you can establish a strong network with all those you collaborate with.

• You have experience with management of technical employees, and/or Blue collars
• You have experience with Health and Safety Principles, and it is an advantage if you with a ATEX classification.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with negotiations with municipalities.

You are self-motivated with a high level of performance orientation, initiative and resilience and a strong will to succeed. Experience of working in a high-pressure environment where many conflicting priorities require clear and concise decision making.
