As Country Sales Manager you will report to the Commercial Director and join a strong energetic and result-orientated commercial team. You will be responsible for leading our Danish B2B sales team of 3 seasoned Area Sales Managers, and a Senior Key Account Manager, who cover our Bulk and Cylinder business.
We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to continue and accelerate the journey of profitable and sustainable growth that our direct sales team has embarked upon.

Your background covers minimum 5 years of sales management by a relevant educational background preferably with experience from retail.
As a person, you can work independent, are result oriented, proactive, accountable and energetic. You are a person who leads through drive, determination and resilience with energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude and behavior. Finally, you have good stakeholder and people management skills and the ability to work well on all levels of an organization.
We also expect that you have analytical skills and are experienced in straight to the point reporting and documentation of the results your team create in Excel and Powerpoint and most important that you have persuasive communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
